NOTHING, ROOMS ARE SUBSTANDARD. I WOUND UP WITH BED BUG BITES (HAVE PICTURES OF BITES AS EVIDENCE. THEY HAVE A FISHING PIER THAT IS SHAKING WHEN THE NORMAL WAVES HIT IT. THERE WERE AT LEAST 13 DISLODGED PLANKS ON THE PIER WHEN I WENT OUT THE SECOND DAY, SO YOU HAD TO BE VERY CAREFUL STEPPING OVER THE HOLES . THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE PIER MOVED WHEN I LEANED AGAINST IT. WHEN I LOOKED DOWN TO SEE HOW BAD IT WAS IT WAS NOT SECURELY ATTACHED, BUT WAS ATTACHED WITH VERY FEW NAILS . DON'T LEAN ON IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE A WET SPILL. THERE WERE SO MANY JELLYFISH GOING BY THE WHOLE TIME , YOU'D GET LIT UP BY THEM IF YOU FELL IN. EVERY ELECTRICAL BOX ON THE PIER WAS LEFT OPEN AND THE WIRING IS EXPOSED.THERE WAS A BROKEN ELECTRICAL FIXTURE IN THE BATHROOM. KNOWING YOU ARE CHECKING IN THAT AFTERNOON, YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD GET THE ROOM READY FOR YOU...NO...I WALKED IN TO A HOT ROOM( THE A/C WAS UNPLUGGED, AS WELL AS THE FRIDGE). TOOK A WHILE TO GET THE ROOM COOL. IF YOU WANT SPARTAN, BARE COMFORT , THIS MIGHT BE THE PLACE FOR YOU. IF YOU LIKE DECENT ACCOMMODATIONS, THEN IT IS NOT THE PLACE !!!!!IN -SAT 4/27--OUT 4/30 AND NEVER ONCE DID SOMEONE CHECK THE ROOM, REPLACE TOWELS, T.P., TAKE OUT TRASH. HERE YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. RATE THIS PLACE 0 OUTTA 10

Spacious family oriented environment by the ocean. Very relaxing, facility seems to be outdate with minor damages on the ins and outs of the property. Good place to stay for the weekend.

The rooms we're spacious, clean, beds well made, trash cans in rooms and outside, pier fishing access (Caught multiple species, Bait shop next door is kinda expensive) Egret (Named Jack) that I named is a beautiful specimen that arrives in mornings and nights to spend your evenings with on the pier (feed him, it is worth the company.) Lights on pier, (need upgrades) pier needs repairs but otherwise structurally intact. Met a new friend next door.

The room was clean and the bathroom was clean and no mold. The outside was clean and well kept. Everyone was friendly. We had access to the pier. Also we had our own BBQ grill. Will definitely go back.
